What would somthing similar cost??
Well, just guessing here. (I didn’t build this one)… and assuming it’s just a shed.. no plumbing, etc… if you bought the materials and did it yourself… a couple thousand dollars and a few months of your time. If you don’t want to do it yourself… add in how much it would cost to hire a competent carpenter (someone skilled at building something new that looks old) in your area for about 8 weeks… in my area a really good carpenter makes $30 an hour. As you can see there are tremendous savings to be had in learning how to do this yourself… a lot of labor goes into them.
