Yes, at this time anyone who chooses to upgrade and join the Handmade House Guild will receive full credit from any, and all, previously purchased Academy courses. Our secure payment software keeps track of previous payment totals and will automatically deduct this amount during checkout. This policy might change at some point in the future, without notice.
Noah Bradley has been building unique, handcrafted, and handmade houses all his life. Now in his 60’s and having witnessed far too many talented craftsmen retire or pass away and fail to pass on their skills he began writing and creating videos in order to pass on his knowledge and insights to others. Noah at this time does all his own writing, filming, and editing which clearly comes through in his authentic “down-home” presentations.
Lol… Noah is flattered… but also happily married. He and Lynne have three grown children, and will soon great their seventh grandchild.
Noah doesn’t have a single favorite, but rather prefers a “blended home”… a home comprised of more than one type of construction. His favorite five forms of construction to choose from include log, stone, timber-frame, stick-built, and ICF’s.
There is indeed a tremendous amount of free content offered here to help those who have started the search for their dream home. But this free content will only carry someone so far… it will help sharpen the vision of one’s dream, but it won’t bring about that dream home… that requires action and commitment. Membership into the Handmade House Guild is a bargain when compared to the value you will receive from it.
At this time enrollment in the Guild is a one-time, life-time, fee… a fee that has slowly risen as each new Academy course has been added to the platform. You can avoid future price increases by joining now. Current members of the Guild will never be billed again, for anything, ever. Members have access to every Academy course that has been created… and every Academy course that ever will be created. This will not always be the case… one day soon Lifetime Membership in the Handmade House Guild will no longer be offered as it is now… in the future new members will need to pay annual membership fees to remain active and any new Academy courses will cost those new members an additional fee. Clearly the time to join the Guild is now!
Currently there are none planned but likely at some point in future they will be offered, on a limited basis, and only to those who have enrolled in the Handmade House Guild program. There will soon be “unstructured opportunities to work alongside Noah” offered to Guild Members once construction of his next home begins.
We offer a 90 day “complete satisfaction” guarantee on all our Academy courses. If you are not completely convinced of the extreme value of any Academy course just shoot us an email and we will promptly issue you a full refund. To date we have had hundreds of enrollments into our Academy courses and our current approval rating is well above 99% (there is always one in every crowd who can’t be pleased). We cannot however offer a refund for Handmade House Guild membership due the immensity of immediate rewards that Members gain access to upon enrollment.
In short… “No”. Currently Noah’s focus is on sharing his knowledge through the Handmade Houses platform and on constructing his next home. But… Noah does maintain his contractor’s license and is fully capable of undertaking a dream project should a “too-good-to-be-true” offer be presented.
Yes, Noah enjoys helping individuals as much as he can and does his best to answer all emails. Please try to keep your emails focused on one expected response, and be patient with receiving an answer as the number of emails received is often large.
Yes, in some cases this is a possibility. It is only offered to only those who have enrolled in the Handmade House Guild (as likely this program will provide any needed solutions one might have about their home). If any additional support is needed in the design or construction of a member’s home… beyond that of a few emailed questions… Noah is available for phone, or in-person, private consultations (225/hr, 900/minimum per day, plus expenses)
